Education: Yerevan State University, Faculty of Law.

Specialization: Lawyer.

Work experience as an expert: since 2001.

Main objective of the department is the realization of expertises and examinations to satisfy country interests, rights and freedom of citizens.

Besides expertises, the department also carries out scientific-methodological, research, technical, practical, experimental, analytical, educational and other activities.

Main directions of expert activities of the department are as follows:
