Work Experience as an expert: since 2000

Main activity of the department is the realization of expertises and researching in the sphere of urban construction and structure to satisfy country interests, rights and freedom of citizens.

Besides expertises, the department also carries out scientific-methodological, research, technical, practical, experimental, analytical, educational and other activities.

Currently, the following types of examinations are carried out in the constructing-technical expertises department:

13-01: Expertise of construction objects and territories functionally related to them including expertises for its evaluation.

Main expert activities of the department are as follows:

  • Detection of nature, quality and the scope of built or unfinished buildings, actually implemented mounting works;
  • Study of the technical condition of buildings and structures, including determination of the technical condition of buildings, structures and separate constructive elements and junctions;
  • Development of planning documents in the field of urban planning and examinations in the following fields: residential, social and industrial; hydrotechnical; transport and energetic.
  • Determination of the correspondence to the requirements defined by the norms existing in the field of the RA urban planning of buildings, planning documents of buildings and the structures implemented on their basis;
  • Definition of the applicability of urban constructing documents to the norms accepted in the field of structuring, mounting and reconstructing sphere of RA;
  • Realizing of technical control of mounting and reconstructing activities;
  • Detection of the reasons of general or particular destroy of buildings;
  • Expertises of civil, energetic or hidrotechnycal projecting and accounting documents;
  • Technical division of the lands and real estates between co-owners, definition of the order of its usage and analysis on the conclusions on the matter;
  • Determination of the reasons of damage of buildings, structures and plots, the nature and volume of needful work former rehabilitation.
